Sonnyboo - paperwork templates, music

Director Peter John Ross’s tutorial site has free contracts and other paperwork you can use for your own needs and even music you can download and use in your films as long as his name is listed in the credits in the right place.
ACIDplanet - music loops and software

ACIDplanet is the place to share your loop-based music creations with the online community. There’s the free version of Sony ACID and a bunch of free loops to get you started, as well as a weekly download of good loops!
Digital Juice - music, backgrounds

Digital Juice sells a lot of pro audio stuff and video backgrounds, but there are some good free music downloads, as well as some not so great free backgrounds.
Detonation Films - Stock SPFX footage

Detonation Films has a the best (and possibly the only) free explosion, fire, smoke, dust and other SPFX footage you can find. Note: You may have to dig a little for the free stuff.
Footage Firm - Stock Video footage, backgrounds

Footage Firm has a free download video clip every so often and has lots of good deals on royalty-free video stock footage more often than that!
Unfortunately, some good free websites are now charging money. Soundsnap.com (music bits and sound FX) is one case in point.
