BonkEnc
Quick and Fast: A nice little audio converter for many formats including WAV and MP3. A good companion for Audacity.
IMPORT FORMATS: WAV, MP3, CDA, AIF/AIFF, MP4/M4A/M4B, AAC, FLAC, OGG…NOT WMA or RM!!!
EXPORT FORMATS: Same as above.

I found BonkEnc most useful for converting WAV to MP3 for use inside Audacity or going the other way for use in ACID Xpress or burning CDs.
Even though it can work with many formats, BonkEnc cannot work with WMA. Since ACID Xpress renders out WMA and RM, BonkEnc is useless to deal with this. I think if an audio converter is worth using, than you might as well have support for all common formats. WMA at least, is a common enough format that BonkEnc should have no trouble dealing with this. This may be because Microsoft and Real own the trademark for these formats. Oh, well. For this reason alone, I prefer NCH Switch to BonkEnc. Other than this, BonkEnc does great.
Tutorials: The Help file and website can help you with any problems. As with all other audio converters, the program is rather easy to figure out.
