Quick and Fast: A basic, solid DVD designing program. Can also burn DVDs.

Simple and solid. A good free alternative to pro DVD designing/burning programs. It is expected however, that you will only design DVDs in DVD Flick and burn them using CDBurnerXP, also a Windows Only program.

I prefer DVDStyler, since the DVD menu presets in DVD Flick are rather limiting. In DVDStyler, you can use your own photos to make menus. I like this better, so I prefer DVDStyler. DVD Flick is still a good option though. Also, DVDStyler is available on Mac and Linux, besides Windows.
