The Last Chapter: Final Summary

My point in starting this blog in the summer of 2008 was to prove whether or not you could do all sorts of media-related tasks (specifically video editing, special effects and 3D animation) for free with good, reliable software. I think I’ve proved my point: YES, YOU CAN.

I’ve learned a TON working on this project and it’s been a good aid in my film, video, audio, photography, graphics design. web design and software engineering education. Plus, I’ve received emails and talked on the phone with various individuals who were thankful for the info on this blog. And through sharing my knowledge, I’ve learned more.

Thanks to all of you who emailed me your tips, critiques, questions and more. You know who you are.

This is me, signing out. See you in two years, when I return from Bulgaria.
