Question: My media on my time line has red and black background which is saying media offline. It happened when my external hard drive was unplugged.When the hard drive was reconnected it is still saying the same message. How can i recover my media in my time line?
Answer: If it’s really offline use the reconnect function. If it’s just the thumbnails, trash the thumbnail cache.
