Assuming Encore is installed, and it should have been when you installed PP CS3. You can check to see if it is installed by checking under the start menu where your other programs list. When I play this project on the using any of the DVD player software on the computer I get very bad pixelation....is this because of the Burning process itself? The dvd plays good on the regular DVD player with the exception of the video getting cut off in the safe areas... What do I need to do to have these play at a high quality on the computer?? Has anyone else had this issue? My issue is that when I create the menu and preview it in Encore, it works just fine. However, once I burn the DVD onto a DVD and put it in my DVD player, some of the menu selections are skipped over. I have some working menus that I have no problems with. I even copied them and just replaced the information and it did not work. I created custom menus in Photoshop because I wanted some specific text effects.
