This looks like the codec decoding the video and adding a shake trying to keep the pattern straight. Maybe that is what you are seeing?</p> <p>If you can't change the characters clothing to something solid try exporting the video to a different format, maybe mpeg 2 or DV-avi. You get a few seconds of sound then it trails off. I'm no technician but this sounds like one of two problems. First would be a codec issue, you may need a codec that is compatible with your camera or you have a corrupt file (codec) that isn't working with the camera. The second would be a capture issue. How do you capture video/audio from the camera? Firewire?</p> <p>Have you tried reinstalling MEP12? That would be my next move, reinstall the program and let it put all the files back on your pc. From my research, I see that I might need to download the unlocking tool from the Magix web site. First I need to register my product but it keeps saying my product serial number is not a validate number. It is the number on my dvd cover. I emailed magix but have yet to get a reply to this issue. I am from Canada and the only number I can find to call them is a Florida number. There is no toll free phone number.</p> <p>Does it sound like I need the unlocking tool?  Why isn't the web site online registery accepting the serial number?
