<description>&#60;p&#62;A great tool to do just that is &#60;a href=&#34;http://www.squared5.com/&#34;&#62;Mpeg Streamclip&#60;/a&#62;. It's free and they have a mac version.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;You can open the .VOB files on the DVD and transcode them into quicktime files, tha you can then edit in iMovie.&#60;/p&#62;
