First of all let me say that I know next to nothing about video recording, don't even own a real camcorder at this time, but hope to get one soon. I am already making professional audio recordings, and am set up with a portable studio that I often use to capture live music using an analog to digital coverter and and a Digital Audio Workstation. I would like be able to add video as part of what I offer. I'm wondering just how I can take the audio I am currently recording and sync it up with video? Do I need special software for this? Should the video and audio be synced live, while it's being recorded, or can they be put together later? I just have no idea where to even start with this, so any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks.
