&#60;p&#62;and film scratches over the video to enhance that. Now, you can add little jump cuts here and there and even add static pops to the audio in those places.&#60;/p&#62;</description>

&#60;p&#62;Â Â Â  I am trying to simulate the audio of old newsreels, tv, radio, etc. from around the thirties and fourties.Â I'm not sure how to properly describeÂ itÂ but sometimes it sounds not as crisp, somewhatÂ raspy, and maybe even a little distant.Â But I'm relatively new to audio editing techniques and could use some help. I use Xpress Pro 5.8, and maybe there's an option right in the audio tool to simulate such an effect? Any ideas?Â Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks.&#60;/p&#62;</description>
