&#60;p&#62;In the Log and Capture window, in the &#34;Capture Settings&#34; tab, try changing &#34;Device Control&#34; to non-controllable device. FCP will no longer control your camera or deck, and you will have to press play on your camera or deck to get the tape rolling before clicking the &#34;capture now&#34; button.&#60;/p&#62;</description>

<description>&#60;p&#62;I filmed a wedding with 2 other people... all ended well except the first tape some how recorded the entire thing without a time code...&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;when I try to import the footage into Final Cut Express it shows up in the preview but not in the main capture now screen...&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;if anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated&#60;/p&#62;</description>
