Camera video

   I have a Canon point and shoot camera which I used to take a short video. Can I capture this using Adobe Premiere Pro 3 and edit it? Would it be a AVI file or could I convert it to that? Thanks in advance.

    Actually I was able to import it in with Adobe Premiere Pro. I think I can work with it now.
