Exception DISK_FULL error

   When exporting a movie (HDV) in Express pro 5.8, at the end of the export, I get an Exception DISK_FULL error. The movie is all there less the last 20 seconds or so. When the movie was under 21 and a half minutes it exported the entire movie with out incident. Now that the movie is 22 minutes I am getting the above mentioned error. The hard disk has plenty of space (over 40 gigs). Please advise.
