I am trying to get an offbeat news show started at my high school CCTV newscast. It's already had a few moderately successful broadcasts, but I want to take it to the next level and add comical segments in addition to reporting the offbeat news on each show.
The audience is, of course, of a high school level (9th grade to 12th grade) and quite honestly, I'm very nervous about what type of comedy to put because it needs to be easily accessible and also keep up with the latest internet memes/topics of conversation.
