Please Help Me Choose My Optimum Settings

   I have a Sony Handycam HDR SR11. It's set up in a way that the resulting video in Final Cut Express is HUMONGOUS.

   All I want is the clearest possible video at 424 X 238 (preferably under 100 mb---not sure how clear a five minute video at that size can be)

   Can you please help me set up my camera and Final Cut Express in the optimal way for a video this size (see last attachment)
