Video Converters!

    Hello videomakers,

   I am really stuck on what video converter works best! I've tried so many video converters and they either make the video speed 3x as fast, or they say that the conversion has failed.I'm trying to convert a mobile phone video (which is an MP4) into WMV or Avi. Nothing is working at the moment. Suggestions of what converter i should use?
