   These are great. However, I went to the workshop in October? and never received a copy of the DVD and I can't even find the video which they said would be posted on the internet.
   
   I also never received the book of forms I ordered at the workshop. They were out when I was there. I guess it's time for me to call Customer Service!
   
   I will say, however, that the workshops are great and I did learn a lot! I also recommend anybody go to one! I'm thinking about coming out to another one but when the weather is a bit warmer!
