Stock30 is Set to Launch at the Beginning of Next Year

Oursayso is gearing up to release Stock30 at the start of next year with a January 1,2018 launch date.

Stock30 is a subscription stock footage site that offers 30 second 4K video clips for £20 a month (which is about $30 in US currency). Technically, Stock30 is already up and running thanks to it being in beta right now, so you can go check out the site for yourself. Still, the service hasn’t been officially released yet.

“Many would argue there’s never been a truly great place to go to for affordable, high quality stock footage that feels natural, compelling and easy to use. And as every producer and editor will know, when a shot looks like ‘stock’ it can ruin the authentic nature, style and integrity of an edit,” says Oursayso’s owner and founder Peter Knott

Peter Knott and his long-time associate Paul Maunder believe that Stock30 will offer great value and choice to the video community at a low price.

“Over the years, we’ve shot and edited all sorts of stuff, only to find that when you need a clip of something basic like a lock-off shot of London’s Oxford Street, you can struggle to find anything that perfectly gels with what you are doing. All too often, stock footage is over-staged and what we editors ideally need are clips that are more ‘down to earth’, practical and authentic in their ‘look and feel’" says Maunder.

The site offers unlimited downloads to its members. Plus, users can request specific video that they want added into Stock30’s library. You can also apply to become one of Stock30’s freelance camera operators to contribute video stock to their library.

As stated before, the official launch of Stock30 is set for January 1, 2018. Check it out at stock30.com.
